Chiller Efficiency Program
Commercial Lighting Efficiency Offer Program
Reduces your firm's electricity bills and the cost of new lighting equipment when
you retrofit existing fixtures with state-of-the-art, energy-efficient lighting
technologies.
New Construction Incentive Program
Offers cash incentives to owners and developers wishing to build new energy
efficient buildings.
Non-Residential Custom Performance Program
Offers incentives for the installation of energy saving measures, equipment or
systems that exceed Title 24 or minimum industry standards.

Provides LADWP's medium to large commercial and industrial customers with tools to
view, modify and analyze their energy load data.
Free Non-Residential Shade Trees
In partnership with Million Trees LA, LADWP non-residential customers can receive
free shade trees.
Green Power Program
Sign up for a program that brings more clean, renewable power to LA. Many notable
